Pumpkin Recipes You Have to Try

With Halloween right around the corner and fall in full swing, we wanted to share some of our favorite pumpkin recipes with you. With all of the sweet treats being baked and bought, fill your craving by making one of these delicious treats packed with pumpkin and protein.

Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake

2 scoops Vanilla Complete

8 oz Almond Milk

2 tablespoons Pumpkin Puree

1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Splash of Vanilla

Ice cubes

Blend together and enjoy!


Pumpkin Spice Protein Pancakes

1/2 cup oats

1/4 cup plain greek yogurt

2 eggs

1/4 cup Pumpkin Puree

4 tablespoons Almond Milk

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice

1/2 teaspoon honey

2 scoops Vanilla Complete

Blend everything together in a blender, cook on the griddle until light brown and cooked throughout. Serve with sugar-free syrup, peanut butter or fruit!


Protein Pumpkin Muffins

2 scoops Vanilla Complete

1/4 cups oats

1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt

1/4 cup Almond Butter

2 eggs + 1 egg white

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon maple extract

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

2 teaspoons Pumpkin Puree

Mix everything together in a bowl. Fill greased muffin muffin pan 3/4  full with batter, cook 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
